WORDS SOMETIMES HAVE DIFFERENT MEANINGS DEPENDING ON THE CONTEXT.  

THE FIRST HEAVEN REFERS TO OUR ATMOSPHERE, WERE RAIN FALLS AND BIRDS FLY.

IS THE HOLY GHOST A DEAD SPIRIT?

We find the name Holy Ghost in old English translations of the Bible, simply meaning Spirit.

In modern translations, we call the third person of the trinity, God the Holy Spirit; who has existed before creation and lives forever. He will never die.

The word ghost in modern dictionaries can mean the spirit of a dead person, that is where all the confusion begins.
